REWARDS CARD RULES
  1. To receive a Rewards Card, please fill out the enrollment form above and a card will be mailed to you. One card per person. Lost or stolen cards can be replaced.
  2. Holders of a Mariah's Rewards Card will earn ten points for every dollar spent. Sales tax and tip are not included. With each visit, you will receive a receipt which shows the points credited to your account.
  3. In addition to the points you earn on your Rewards Card, you can also earn cash for your local elementary, middle or high school. We call it "Bucks for Brains" and the program will award a total of $10,000 cash to area participating schools.
  4. Gift card sales are not eligible for reward points but the guest can earn points when the gift card is redeemed.
  5. Points may be earned only by the Mariah's Rewards cardholder who pays the check.

  7. You can redeem points at the following levels:
    1. 1,000 points = free appetizer of choice
    2. 6,000 points = free $25 gift card
    3. 10,000 points = free $50 gift card
  8. When you are ready to redeem your points, present your card to your server or manager and let them know which award you have selected.
  9. Mariah's reserves the right to terminate the Rewards Card program, to change, add or delete to the rules of the program, all without prior notice, and at any time.
  10. Mariah's reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and/or void all or a portion of a member's point balance if the points have been issued, received or redeemed through computer error, fraud or theft, through illegal means or in a manner not authorized by these rules.
